Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to all payments, subscriptions, memberships, webinar registrations, mentorship programs, digital products, donations, event fees, and services offered by Shwapnoprobash Community (“Shwapnoprobash Community”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website, applications, social media platforms, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

BY MAKING ANY PAYMENT THROUGH OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS REFUND POLICY.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Shwapnoprobash Community aims to provide valuable educational, networking, mentorship, and community-based services. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all payments are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of product, event, subscription, or service purchased.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Unless otherwise specified, the following payments are generally non-refundable:

  • Membership fees;
  • Community subscription fees;
  • Webinar registration fees;
  • Mentorship program fees;
  • Coaching or consultation sessions;
  • Digital products or downloadable materials;
  • Event participation fees;
  • Donations and sponsorship contributions;
  • Processing or transaction fees;
  • Promotional or discounted offers.

Once access to a digital service, webinar, mentorship session, or downloadable content has been granted, refunds may not be provided.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, you may request a refund for the duplicate payment.

Service Unavailability

If a paid service, webinar, or event is canceled by Shwapnoprobash Community and no alternative arrangement is provided, users may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Technical Errors

If you are unable to access a purchased service due to a verified technical issue caused solely by our platform and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, you must contact us immediately for investigation.

Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Shwapnoprobash Community.

4. EVENT & WEBINAR CANCELLATION POLICY

User Cancellation

If you cancel your registration for an event, webinar, or mentorship session:

  • More than 7 days before the event: A partial refund may be considered.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: Refunds are generally not available.
  • Failure to attend (“No-show”): No refund will be provided.

Organizer Cancellation

If Shwapnoprobash Community cancels or reschedules an event, users may receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • Credit toward a future event or service.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

For recurring subscriptions or memberships:

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
  • Previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Access may continue until the end of the active billing period.

6. DONATIONS

All donations, charity contributions, sponsorships, and voluntary support payments made to Shwapnoprobash Community are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Users agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute through banks or payment providers.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback requests may result in:

  • Suspension of accounts;
  • Restriction from future Services;
  • Legal or administrative action, where applicable.

8. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, users must contact us with:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Transaction ID or payment proof;
  • Date of payment;
  • Reason for refund request.

Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days to process, depending on the payment provider, banking system, or financial institution.

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shwapnoprobash Community shall not be liable for:

  • Internet disruptions;
  • Third-party payment gateway failures;
  • User device incompatibility;
  • Missed events due to user negligence.
  • Delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.

10. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our Services with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
